1. The service

Kaptio Pokémon GO Services (“Kaptio”, “we”, “us”) provides Pokémon GO account services including, but not limited to, Research completion, event and Pokémon farming, raid completion, Pokédex progress, and general account progression. Every service is scoped and priced individually through our quote process before any work begins.

2. Account access

Where a service requires account access, you provide dedicated login credentials for the duration of the agreed work only. We do not request payment information, security question answers, or any information beyond what is required to log in and play. You may change your password at any time, including immediately after a service is delivered.

3. Real players, no automation

All services are carried out manually by real players. We do not use bots, macros, GPS spoofing, or any other third-party automation tools. You are responsible for confirming that requesting this kind of service is consistent with your own risk tolerance, as it may not align with the game publisher's terms of service.

4. Payment and delivery

We accept card and crypto payments directly. If you'd prefer another method, reach out on Instagram, TikTok, or Telegram before ordering. Pricing and estimated delivery windows are confirmed in writing (or shown on the relevant service page) before work begins. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary based on in-game conditions such as spawn rates, raid availability, or event windows outside our control.

5. Results guarantee and refunds

Every service is backed by a results-guaranteed-or-refunded promise: if we are unable to deliver what was agreed at the quote or order stage, you receive a full or partial refund depending on how much of the work was completed. Refund requests must be made within a reasonable time after the agreed delivery window, and clear scope at the time of ordering is what makes this guarantee enforceable on both sides.

6. Limitation of liability

Kaptio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Niantic, Inc., Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or Game Freak. We are not responsible for any action taken by the game publisher against an account, including suspension or termination, though we take reasonable steps to play in a way consistent with normal player behavior.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
